Gaviscon Extra Strength Lemon Flavoured Tablets (12) bring fast, soothing and long lasting relief from the pain and discomfort of heartburn and acid indigestion, which for example, can occur after meals or during pregnancy.
12 lemon flavoured tablets.

Contains Sodium Alginate, Sodium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate.
Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age.
Gaviscon Extra Strength Tablets work by forming a 'raft' over the stomach contents. They belong to a group of medicines called 'reflux suppressants', which form a protective layer on top of the stomach contents to prevent stomach acid escaping from the stomach where it works into the food pipe where it hurts.
Directions for Use: For oral administration. Adults, including the elderly and children over 12: When symptoms occur take one or two tablets after meals and at bedtime, or as directed .
Caution: If you have phenylketouria, note that the product is flavoured with aspartame, a source of phenylalanine.
Ingredients: Sodium Alginate 500mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 267mg and Calcium Carbonate 160mg. Lemon flavour no. 1, Marcrogol 20,000, Mannitol (E421), Copovidone, Aspartame (E951), Acesulfame Potassium (E950), Magnesium Stearate.
