- Breast-fed infants: under 10lbs/4.5kg - 1 dose, over 10lbs/4.5kg - 2 doses mixed with water to a smooth paste
- Bottle-fed infants: under 10lbs/4.5kg - 1 dose mixed with not less than 115ml of feed, over 10lbs/4.5kg - 2 doses mixed with not less than 225ml of feed
- Young children: 2 doses prepared as for breast-fed infants
