Daktarin Powder is a medicated talc for fungal infections such as infected nappy rash and intertrigo.- Daktarin Powder is a medicated talc effective in the treatment of fungal and associated bacterial infections of the skin. Daktarin Powder is particularly useful where a drying effect is required.
- Directions: Apply to affected area twice daily. It is important to continue to use Daktarin Powder for up to 10 days after the symptoms have cleared to prevent them from coming back. Daktarin powder is not recommended for infections of hair and nails.
- Contains miconazole nitrate 2% w/w
- Daktarin Powder also contains talc, zinc oxide and colloidal silicon dioxide.
- If you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are breast feeding, you should talk to your doctor who will decide if you can use Daktarin powder.
