Aquaflex pelvic floor exercise system has been specially designed to help women who accidentally leak urine when they laugh, cough, sneeze or exercise. This condition is medically known as stress incontinence.
Stress incontinence is a common condition that will affect 1 in 3 women at some stage in their lives. Aquaflex is clinically proven as an effective way to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, so helping cure stress incontinence. (Not suitable for use during pregnancy or if you have a prolapse.)
Exercise System includes:
Two washable exercise cones: small and large - the larger cone is the starter cone.
Set of weights: x2 20g, x1 10g, x1 50g.
Neat and discreet carry case.

How to Use:
Aquaflex is inserted easily, just like a tampon. Your pelvic floor muscles will automatically contract to keep the cone in place. This reflex action exercises and strengthens your pelvic floor muscles.
Start with inserting the larger cone without any weights and as your muscles become stronger you can add weights to the spindle inside the cone.

Each cone unscrews into two pieces which can be easily cleaned.
At the end of the cone is a special nylon thread rather like a tampon cord which you gently tug to remove the cone.
Aquaflex can be used whilst moving around.
Please note: Do not use during pregnancy or if you have a prolapse.
