Fish Oil

Fish Oil has long been recognised for its health benefits. Oily fish such as sardines, herring and salmon, help keep joints well lubricated, hair strong and shiny and skin healthy and soft. Fish oils are also highly beneficial in heart maintenance and cognitive functions of the brain.

Doctors recommend that we eat up to 3 portions of oily fish a week. Sometimes this is just not possible, which is why we recommend taking a fish oil or Omega-3 oil supplement daily.

Oily fish are naturally rich in Omega 3 fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), which provide us with many health benefits.
