How to take Ferrous Sulfate 200mg tablets:
Take Ferrous Sulfate tablets with a full glass of water.
It is recommended that iron is absorbed on an empty stomach although you can have it with food.

Dosage:

Treatment	Adults And The Elderly
For the prevention of iron deficiency (anaemia):	One tablet daily
For the treatment of iron deficiency (anaemia):	One tablet 2-3 time daily

Not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.
