Seven Seas High Strength Cod Liver Oil - Ocean Gold Ultra Pure Cod Liver Oil with Omega-3 fish oil and Vitamins D & E.

Recommended Daily Intake
Adults (over 15 years) 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily and children (over 11 years) 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.
