It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of urinary ammonia dermatitis (urinary rash), particularly infant nappy rash, and for the treatment of minor wounds and injuries. The active ingredients in Drapolene: benzalkonium chloride and cetrimide have antiseptic and disinfectant properties, while the soft paraffin, cetyl alcohol and wool fat provide protection and hydration.
