Eye drops containing: Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.05% w/v, Antazoline sulphate 0.5% w/v - Antihistamine. Provides temporary relief of redness and itching of the eye due to seasonal and perennial allergies such as hayfever or house dust allergy. Otrivine Antistin works by preventing histamine (a chemical in the body that is released when an allergic response occurs) from affecting our sinuses and causing an allergic reaction. Reactions such as: sneezing, runny nose or blocked nose, itchy, red and watery eyes. Directions: Adults take 1 or 2 drops instilled 2-3 times a day.
