  • Mint Flavoured Liquid containing in 5ml: Magnesium hydroxide 415mg
  • Relief from stomach discomfort, indigestion, over-acidity, heartburn, flatulence and constipation
  • Adults: Stomach upsets: 5-10ml. Maximum 60ml in 24 hours
  • Adults: Constipation: 30-45ml at bedtime. Repeat nightly reducing dose until constipation relieved
  • Children: Stomach upsets: 3-12 years 5ml. Maximum 30ml in 24 hours
  • Constipation: over 1 year: 5-10ml at bedtime
  • Under 1 year: not recommended except on medical advice
  • Dosage can be taken in milk or water
