Pernaton Green Lipped Mussel Extract Capsules 90 contain 350mg Perna extract from the New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel to help maintain healthy joints. The Perna extract has anti-inflammatory properties and is gentle on the stomach. The extract is a source of high grade Glycosaminoglycans. It also contains small amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and 18 vital L-amino acids.
Pernaton Capsules are formulated without artificial preservatives, colours or flavours and have no added sugar, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, starch, soya or milk derivatives.

Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults take 3 capsules a day for the first three months. If necessary, the dosage can be increased to 6 capsules. After three months take 2 capsules a day. Capsules should be taken with food.
