Oral Rehydration Salts Soluble Tablets is free from yeast, gluten and lactose. O.R.S. are used by: people who have lost excess fluid, people who work in hot climates, people who are dehydrated due to alcohol consumption, professional and recreational athletes, visitors to hot/ tropical countries.

Directions for use:
Add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water to dissolve.

For adults and children aged 6+:
Consume 200ml of the solution every time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained.

For children under 6:
Drink 10ml of solution per kg of body weight as necessary. Give required dose in small sips.

Cautions and warnings:
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes or are on a low sodium/ potassium diet.
Do not use if you have intestinal obstruction or kidney or liver problems.
