Powerflu Tablet - coated tablets containing Paracetamol 500mg • Caffeine 30mg • Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 15mg • Codeine Phosphate 10mg • Phenylphrine Hydrochloride 10mg. 2. Vitamin C Tablet - chewable tablets containing Sodium Ascorbate (SA99) 177mg • Ascorbic Acid (C97) 149mg • total equivalent to ascorbic acid 300mg. Dosage: Adults and the elderly- Take one Powerflu tablet swallowed whole with water. Then take one Vitamin C swallowed, sucked or chewed. This dose should be repeated every six hours until the symptoms disappear. Do not take more than four Powerflu tablets in 24 hours. Children over 12 - Take one Olbas Powerflu tablet swallowed whole with water. This dose should be repeated every eight hours until the symptoms disappear. Do not take more than three Olbas Powerflu tablets in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under the age of 12. Warning: Do not take Olbas Powerflu tablets if you are already taking other paracetomol products.
