The file has two sides, one course and one soft, and the edges of the blade are finely ground to create a curved shape allowing a natural rounded edge to your nails. Directions for use: Model and polish nails with coarse and fine sapphire coated blade. The hollow nail form file fits to every nail form. The nails will grow uniform.
