Lamberts Fibrecleanse is a natural blend of prune, fig and date concentrate that have been fortified with a special soluble fibre called fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) which is extracted from chicory roots. FOS is known to act as a prebiotic which encourages the growth of the body's friendly bacteria, therefore this liquid can help to maintain a healthy bowel function. Just 10ml (2 teaspoons) of Fibrecleanse provides over 5 grams of soluble fibre.

Suitable for children 5 years and over.
Encourages a healthy and productive bowel function.
Usage and Administration: Children 5 to 15 years: Take 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) daily. Adults: Take an initial dose of 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily for the first 3 days and then a full dose of 20ml (4 teaspoons) daily for at least 4 weeks. A maintenance dose of 10-20ml (2-4 teaspoons) can then be taken. Shake well before use.
It is recommended that at least 1.5 litres of water is consumed daily if you are taking Lamberts Fibrecleanse. If any of the dosages cause excessive flatulence then reduce the dose and gradually build it back up to a comfortable level.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks.
