Here's how to use Flexitol Freeze-it Verruca and Wart Treatment:

1. First, place the removal cap onto the aerosol can, with the metal tip facing up and align the markings. But remember, don't push down on the cap until you're ready to cool.
2. Next, place the aerosol can on a hard surface and push down the wings of the removal cap for 3 seconds. Then, allow the can to rest for 5 seconds. Be careful to avoid contact with the metal tip when pressing down.
3. After that, remove the cap from the aerosol can, with the metal tip facing up.
4. Finally, apply the metal tip to the wart for 20 seconds or verruca for 40 seconds. Ensure the metal tip covers as much of the wart or verruca as possible.
