Instructions for use:

• Insert with fingers gently into the ear.
• Do not insert into the ear canal or press deeply.

• Use by children over 6 years of age should be closely supervised by an adult.
• If the user has a perforated ear drum a doctor should be consulted before using earplugs.
• Earplugs are disposable but can be re-used if kept clean.
