Lacri-Lube Lacri-Lube ocular lubricant for dry eye conditions is an eye ointment containing medicinal liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin and wool alcohols. It is used to lubricate and protect the outer surface of the eye without inducing tear production. It can also be used after surgery. This formulation is particularly useful at night as it remains in the eye longer than drops.
