Alli Chewable Tablets x 120 are clinically proven to help you lose weight than dieting alone. Working in your digestive system, the tablet prevents a quarter of the fat in meals from being absorbed. This fat passes out of the body and may cause changes to your bowel movements. Eating lower-fat meals will help manage these effects.
Alli Chewable Tablets are clinically proven to help with weight loss alongside reduced calorie, lower-fat meals.
1 Bottle contains 120 chewable Alli tablets.

How to Use:

Take only one Alli chewable tablet at a time.
BMI:
The Body Mass Index is a commonly used method of establisihing whether a person has a healthy or unhealthy weight.
A persons BMI can be correctly calculated by dividing the weight against the height. A healthy BMI is considered to be between 18 and 25, while a BMI of 25-30 is regarded as overweight. A score of 30-40 is considered obese and anything above 40 is considered seriously obese.
BMI scores don't differentiate between muscle and body fat, so they should only be regarded as a rough indication of your body's health. Muscular and athletic individuals may find themselves in a high BMI category even though they are in good physical shape.
