Directions for use:
Adults, elderly and children over the ages of 12 years: Take 1 level measuring spoon at night along with a glass of water or juice.

Cautions:
Not for use in children under the age of 12 years. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients, pregnant or breastfeeding, suffering from severe dehydration or if you have difficulty swallowing.
