The Yantra Mat is the NEW acupressure mat.The Yantra Mat works on the principle of acupressure. Acupressure is a form of touch therapy that utilises the principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. In acupressure, the same points on the body are used as in acupuncture, but are stimulated with finger pressure instead of with the insertion of needles. Acupressure is used to relieve a variety of symptoms and pain.
The Yantra Mat has 210 flowers and each flower has 42 calibrated contact points. A total of 8,820 acupressure contact points which are calibrated to provide equal pressure at all points.
100% cotton purple acupressure mat.
44cm in width by 75cm in height.
8,820 acupressure contact points.

The Yantra Mat is for anyone who wants to have more energy and increase their general wellbeing. If you are suffering from stress, having difficulty sleeping, are low in energy, experiencing muscle tension, stiffness, headaches, back or neck pain, or you simply need a better and more complete rest, then the Yantra Mat could be for you.
You can lie on the Yantra Mat on your back or your stomach. Or you can place the mat on a chair or couch and sit against it, by doing this it allows you to control how much pressure you apply. At first you may feel a slight discomfort when using the mat, so it is advisable to wear a light cotton top until you adjust to the acupressure effects. How to use your Yantra Mat:Use it for 20 minutes per day, 5 minutes in each position or 20 minutes in one.
Position 1: (Back) Lay on an even surface. If possible, place a pillow under your neck. This stimulates acupressure points along the spine and may help to soothe back problems.
Position 2: (Stomach) Lay on your stomach as in the picture. This may improve your metabolism and loosen tightness in the diaphragm and respiratory muscles.
Position 3: (Jaw) Lay down carefully with your cheek against the mat. If this feels unpleasant, use a thin sheet. This position may loosen tightness in the neck and jaw.
Position 4: (Seated) You can use the mat on a regular chair, or lie down and place the mat under your buttocks. This position may loosen tension in the lumbar region and buttocks.Caring for your Yantra Mat:Storage:You should roll up the mat and keep it in a dry and safe place, out of reach of children.
Cleaning: You can clean the Yantra Mat with warm water. Remove the foam rubber pad. Use detergent or soap and wash it by hand. Let the mat drip-dry.
Travel: Remove the foam rubber pad and only take the cloth part. That way the Yantra Mat doesn't take up so much space in your suitcase and you can simply place the cloth directly on your bed mattress. Many people have a hard time sleeping when they're away from home. The Yantra Mat may help you get a better night's sleep, even when you're on the road.
Caution: The Yantra Mat is not recommended if pregnant or breastfeeding and please consult your doctor if on medication.
