Voltarol ThermalPatch Heat Patch is a self-warming heat patch which is applied directly to the site of pain to provide you with up to 10 hours of soothing and effective pain relief. The thin design makes it discreet and it is adhesive, making it a easy product to use. The patch will heat up to a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.

Directions for Use:
Make sure the skin is clean and dry.
Tear open the packet and remove the adhesive film.
Apply straight onto your skin at the site of pain.
Leave the patch on for 10 hours and then remove.
Do not apply another patch to the same area for at least 24 hours.

Iron Powder, Activated Charcoal, Water, Acrylic Polymer and Sodium Salts.
