How to use KarvolFor babies - Take out an individually sealed capsule and carefully snip off the tip with scissors. Be sure not to get the oil on to skin and in eyes. Squeeze the capsule's content on to a hankie or tissue and secure near-by. Make sure that the tissue is out if the reach of small children.For older children & adults - At night, squeeze the contents of a capsule onto bedding or a tissue close by. For during the day, Squeeze on to a tissue or in a pint of hot water and inhale the vapours. Important!The capsules are to be applied to a fabric surface. Do not take the capsule or the oil orally.Avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes.Consult a doctor immediately if a capsule is swallowed.
