Dulcobalance harnesses the natural power of water
- The active ingredient, Macrogol 4000, in Dulcobalance binds to water in the glass to create a pleasant tasting drink.
- The water and Macrogol 4000 are then transported unchanged through the body to the large intestine.
- Here, by natural osmotic effect the Dulcobalance and water increase stool volume and naturally start normal bowel movement.
- The whole process takes around 24-48 hours.
How it works
- One sachet of Dulcobalance is mixed into a 125ml glass of water. The water binds to the Dulcobalance molecules in the glass.
- Dulcobalance transports the 125ml water to the large intestine (unchanged by the body as it 'travels').
- In the bowel the Dulcobalance solution becomes part of the stool thus increasing its volume.
- Increase volume of the stool create a natural stimulation of the bowel.
- Gentle evacuation of the bowel occurs.
Dulcobalance provides body-friendly relief.
- Dulcobalance uses water to transport its content to the site of the problem - the stool. It is neither absorbed nor digested on route.
