Arnica Massage Balm by Weleda is a traditional medicinal product used for the symptomatic relief of rheumatic pain, muscular pain and stiffness, backache, fibrositis, bruising, cramp, sprains and minor sport injuries.

• Weleda Arnica Massage Balm is an aromatic liquid.
• Containing therapeutic plant extracts and oils.
• Comforts aches and pains,stiffness and sprains.

Instructions:
Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily. For Maximum effect apply after a warm bath or shower while the skin is still damp. Shake the bottle before use.

Do not use:
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, if pregnant or breastfeeding, if under 12 years old.
Do not use on broken skin.
May stain clothing if used in excess.
