Directions:
Take 1 serving per day on an empty stomach and at least one hour away from food and medication or other nutritional supplements. Drink an additional 250-500ml (one or two large glasses) of water or other hydrating drink within the next hour after taking, and increase your total daily water intake to at least 2 litres per day. If required, increase the dosage to 1 serving 2 times per day after 7 consecutive days of use. Children over 6 and under 12 take half to one serving daily.
