    Directions for use: Adults and elderly: For low mood and mild anxiety take one tablet a day.

    Cautions: Do not take KarmaMood if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or under the age of 18. Do not take this product if you are about to undergo surgery or if you have been diagnosed with depression or you think you may be depressed. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

    St John's Wort products should never be taken at the same time as certain medicine including: many prescribed by your doctor, hormonal contraceptives like the pill and many you can get without a prescription. Always read the enclosed information leaflet before using these tablets.

    Active Ingredients: Each coated KarmaMood tablet contains 425mg of extract (as dry extract) from St John's Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum L.) (3.5-6:1) (equivalent to 1490-2550mg of St Johns Wort). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.
