Dosage: The recommended daily dose is as follows:
- Adults: 10ml serving (2 teaspoons).

Sambucol is suitable for use throughout the year, in the winter the recommended daily dose increases to the following:
- Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times a day.
- Children under 12: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice a day.
