All Day Defence slowly releases nutrients throughout the day. Specially formulated to release Vitamin C continuously for up to 8 hours.
Directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. It is best taken in the morning and can be used every day throughout the year. More than the recommended daily intake maybe harmful.
