Syrup containing in 10ml: Chlorphenamine maleate 4mg. Symptomatic relief from all allergic conditions responsive to antihistamines including nettle rash, hives, heat rash, prickly heat; reactions to food, medicines or insect bites and stings and hayfever. Pleasant tasting. To use on the whole family*. Piriton works fast and effectively at stopping the symptoms caused by allergies to pollen, pets, mould spores, dust and pollution. It will calm down rashes, insect bites and can also relieve the itchy rash of chickenpox. Directions: Adults: 10ml 4-6 hourly. Maximum 60ml in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: 5ml 4-6 hourly. Maximum 30ml in 24 hours. 2-3 years: 2.5ml twice daily.
