Aqueous nasal metered dose spray containing per dose: Beclomethasone dipropionate 50 micrograms. For the prevention and treatment of common symptoms of allergic rhinitis (including hayfever and other airborne allergies), such as sneezing or blocked nose and runny or itchy nose and eyes. Beconase helps to reduce inflammation within the nose caused by airborne irritants. Our body tries to cope with these irritants, such as pollen, spores and dust, by activating our immune system which generates mucus, thus resulting in swollen noses and runny eyes. Using Beconase will reduce this swelling and calm down the sinuses, allowing you to breathe more freely once again. Directions: Adults 18 years and over: 2 sprays into each nostril twice daily. Maximum 8 sprays in 24 hours. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years. Do not use more than 4 sprays in each nostril in a day, for more than 3 months continuously without consulting your doctor. Also consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
