Glucosamine is the essential building block upon which the structure of glycosaminoglycans is based - key components of cartilage and other connective tissues. Glucosamine is available in various forms but Lamberts have chosen to use Glucosamine Sulphate as it is the substance which has been repeatedly and successfully used alone in studies. It has an exceptional asorption rate of 90-98%. After absorption, it travels primarily to joint tissues, where it is incorporated into the connective tissue matrix of cartilage, ligaments and tendons.
Lamberts Glucosamine Sulphate 750mg has become one of the most popular brands with practitioners due to its high strength and low price. Lamberts use the highest grade of glucosamine in their product so that it emulates the naturally occurring glucosamine produced by our body. Made to pharmaceutical standards, two tablets per day provide a full 1,500mg of pure glucosamine sulphate (equivalent to 2000mg glucosamine sulphate 2KCI).
