OptiBac Probiotics For Maintaining Regularity is a natural probiotic and prebiotic supplement. Probiotics are microorganisms that are beneficial for the host, and prebiotics are natural fibres that stimulate the growth of friendly bacteria. This product can be safely given to children from 1 year up, will not cause dependency and is suitable during pregnancy.
Directions for Use:
For adults and children (1 year and above) take 1 sachet daily, and up to 4 sachets a day if required. Sprinkle contents into cold water and swirl to dissolve before drinking.
Cautions:
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Drink plenty of water with this supplement.
This supplement should not be used as a substitute for for a varied and balanced diet healthy lifestyle.

Due to the high dose of prebiotic fibres, flatulence and/or bloating may occur in some people. Gas is simply a temporary side effect that demonstrates a correct stimulation in growth of beneficial bacteria. These effects soon stop as the body adjusts.
If side effects continue for 3-4 days, consider reducing the dosage.
