MetaboWise Strawberry & Cream Flavoured Shots are Omega-3 Nutrient Shots that contain a combination of high Omega-3 fatty acids plant sterols, fibre and vitamins that helps maintain a healthy metabolism.

Each 5ml shot of MetaboWise contains:

• Plant sterols to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
• EPA & DHA to help maintain normal cardiac function.
• Folic acid, Vitamin B6 & B12 which maintains normal homocysteine levels for heart health.
• Vitamin D for normal growth and development of bone in children.
• Vitamin E which protects lipids from oxidation.

Recommended daily intake:
Shake bottle well before use. Take one 5ml shot twice a day (0.8g Plant Sterols) for the first three months, then reduce to one 5ml shot a day (0.4g Plant Sterols) in the cup provided. Also delicious if added to water, juice, milk or any cold drink. To maintain cholesterol levels 0.8g of Plant Sterols is required.

This product is intended for those wishing to reduce their cholesterol levels. Intake of more than 3g/day of added plant sterols should be avoided. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
