Plant sterols naturally exist in plants but are destroyed when food is processed.
Lestrin contains Beta-sitosterol a naturally occurring plant sterol. Plant sterols may play a role in helping to maintain normal cholesterol levels as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle.Key Benefits:

- Ideal for those who cannot or choose not to eat dairy products.
- Lessens your daily fat/calorie intake as you will not need to eat so much yoghurt, cream cheese or margarines to obtain phytosterols.
Dosage: Initially take two tablets twice a day with meals. The tablets can be swallowed whole or chewed. For maintainance, intake may be reduced to two tablets per day. Daily intake of phytosterols should not exceed 3g per day.
Please note: Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
