Lamberts Energy Drink Orange 1000g is a tasty and revitalising orange energy and recovery drink is a simple and convenient way to take in energy in the form of complex carbohydrates (medium chain glucose polymers and short chain molecules).
Lamberts Energy Drink provides an excellent source of energy in the form of complex carbohydrates. This means that absorption of the energy giving carbohydrates is controlled, which helps to prevent 'spikes' in blood sugar levels.
This product provides replacement mineral salts (called electrolytes) lost through sweating, including potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium to help the body recover the mineral balance quickly.
Directions for use: Mix one heaped scoop (50g) with 500ml (1 pint) of cold water. This product is ideal after intense workouts to help replenish glycogen stores in the body. It can also be taken before training or during prolonged exercise to provide a sustained supply of energy. Up to 4 servings can be taken per day.
