This product supplies three essential amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, combined in a 2:1:1 ratio which is though to be the optimal ratio for these three amino acids. As with our other amino acids they are presented in their 'free-form' which means they are ready to be absorbed and used by the body.

Amino acids are classified as either essential or non-essential. Essential amino acids cannot be synthesised in the body and must be obtained from the diet, whereas non-essential amino acids, whilst still essential for health, can be synthesised in the body and are therefore not classified as 'essential'.
Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, the three essential amino acids, cannot be synthesized by your body, thus are essential for growth. They are not metabolised in the stomach; instead they are the only amino acids actually metabolised in the muscle, making up 33% of muscle protein. They are very anabolic, they build muscle, and are highly anti-catabolic, they stop muscle breakdown, so are particularly useful for high intensity sport and resistance training. These essential Branch Chain Amino Acid's (BCAA) are presented in high protein foods such as meat and dairy products.
As with all Lamberts amino acids, Lamberts Branch Chain Amino Acids are presented in its free-form for maximum absorption. Lamberts BCAA contains the optimal ratio of the three amino acids (2:1:1).
Dosage: Take 6 capsules daily. It is preferable to take Amino Acids with fruit juice or water, rather than milk. An amino acid is best taken ½ hour before any meal or at bedtime.
Disintegration Time: Less than 30 minutes.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Caution: This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
