Thermo-5 contains 6 potent thermogenic ingredients which stimulate your body into burning more calories than it normally would. These include l-carnitine, green tea, cayenne, guarana, apple cider vinegar and bitter orange peel.
Directions for use: To assess your tolerance to Kinetica Thermo-5, take 2 tablets on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Then take 2 tablets on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before a meal or training approximately 4-5 hours later. If tolerable, take 2 tablets twice daily or 4 prior to training.
