Kinetica 100% Creatine is made from Creapure and can help improve training capacity and increase muscle mass.
Directions for use: A daily dosage of 3g is recommended (1 levelled scoop). Kinetica 100% Creatine should always be taken with caffeine-free drinks such as water, fruit juice or warm tea (improves solubility). Make sure to take sufficient fluid with the creatine; 1g creatine for every 100ml fluid. Creatine does not remain stable in fluids for long periods so should be drunk the same day as prepared. Taking large doses of caffeine (5mg per kg body weight per day) cancels the ergogenic (performance enhancing) effect of creatine.
