Directions of Use
For temporary relief from stress symptoms take 2 tablets 3 times a day with water after meals.
Do not exceed 6 tablets per day.

• allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
• are pregnant or breast feeding.
• under the age of 18 years old.
• already taking medicine for stress or anxiety.
• already taking medicine to help sleep.
• If tablets make you feel sleepy do not drive or use machines.
• Sedative effects may be increased by alcohol so alcohol should be avoided while taking this product.
• If symptoms persist or worsen after 4 weeks consult your doctor.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Do not use after expiry date.

Active ingredients: Extract from Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis L.) 33.75mg equivalent to 135-167mg of Valerian root; Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.
