The gel is based on the patented bio-active 2QR-complex, which is derived from the Aloe Barbadensis plant. How Hemoclin works The bio-active Hemoclin gel offers rapid relief from piles, fissures and anal discomforts. The bio-active ingredient, named 2QR, neutralizes harmful microbes, supports the natural healing process and conditions the tissue. HemoClin also provides a strong lubrication to facilitate bowel movements. How to use Hemoclin The Hemoclin applicator is particularly hygenic due to an ingenious mechanism. Hemoclin comes in two parts: the main 45ml aerosol pump containing the Hemoclin, and a small blue applicator (see picture). The applicator is first inserted into the pump, and filled. Then, the filled applicator is removed from the pump and applied to the anus. The applicator can then be washed thoroughly. The Hemoclin pump itself does not come into contact with the anus, which means that the pump is always sterile. Apply Hemoclin in and around the anus before and after each bowel movement. Hemoclin should not be used for longer than 30 continuous days in one treatment period.
