Hoodia Gordonii is a species of succulent plant that grows in the Kalahari Desert of South Africa. For centuries it has been used by native Bushmen, the San, to keep hunger at bay and sustain energy levels when on long hunting expeditions far from home.
When we eat, our blood sugar (glucose) levels rise. Nerve cells detect this rise and send a message to our brain saying we are full. Hoodia goordonii extract (20:1) 500mg
(equivalent to 10,000mg of raw hoodia powder)

Directions:
Adults and children over 16 years of age, two tablets daily to be taken 1 hour before a main meal. Dosage can be increased to up to four tablets daily if required, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
