Directions of Use:
300-500g (1-2 large mugs) is recommended per bath.

For detoxification: Bathe at least once a week, soaking for about 10 minutes.

To relax your body and/or relieve stress: Add 2 cups of salts to your bath and soak for at least 12 minutes. Repeat 3 times a week. You can also add ½ cup of olive oil to moisturise skin.

For aching limbs: Add ½ cup of salts to your bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. After bathing rest for 2 hours. If you have arthritic joints move around to prevent stiffening joints.
