Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitors
Upper Arm Monitors offer great accuracy due to their positioning near the heart. Modern monitors are reliable and easy to use and can offer a range of extra features. Before purchasing an Upper Arm Monitor you must make sure that the cuff is the right size for you. Measure the circumference of the widest part (the bicep) of your upper arm. This measurement, in centimetres, will give you your size. Most monitors come with a medium size as standard but other sizes are available.
