Bioglan Calamari Gold 500mg contains golden calamari oil, high in Omega-3 DHA and EPA fatty acids.

Omega-3 DHA accounts for up to 40% of the polyunsaturated fatty acids in the brain and 60% in the retina within the eye therfore is an important part of our brain function and eye health especially as we age.
