Motilium Instants contain Domperidone which works by blocking dopamine receptors in your brain and gut. By blocking these receptors, food is passed quickly through the stomach and into the small intestine, preventing vomiting and easing nausea and bloating. This also stops food from flowing the wrong way into your oesophagus from your stomach which causes heartburn and indigestion.

Directions for Use:
Adults and children aged 16 years and over - Take one tablet up to 3 times a day and one tablet at night. Do not take more than 4 tablets on 24 hours.

To relieve nausea and vomiting - Take for a maximum of 48 hours. Please see you doctor if symptoms persist after 48 hours.

To relieve nausea, fullness, belching, heavy bloated stomach, trapped wind and heartburn caused after eating a meal - Take for a maximum of 2 weeks. Please see your doctor if symptoms persist after 2 weeks.

Warning:
Do not take this medicine - If you have ever had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients. If you have a disease of the pituitary gland. If you have underlying illness affecting the digestive system. If you have kidney or liver problems. If you are taking any of the following medicines: Oral Ketoconazole or Oral Erythromycin.
