Cinnamon is a sweet and warming spice that has been used for thousands of years to help calm and soothe digestive problems such as nausea, bloating and flatulence. Recent research into the health benefits of cinnamon suggest that it can help to maintain a more even balance of the body's blood sugar levels and energy reserves between meals. Lamberts always ensure their products use the correct species and relevant part of the plant when using herbs and spices in their supplements.
