Friars Balsam 50ml is an inhalant oil that relieves coughs, catarrh and blocked sinuses.

• Offers relief from colds and coughs.
• Can be inhaled through a steam vapour to help clear catarrh and blocked sinuses.
• An inhalant oil which provides symptomatic relief from colds and chesty coughs.
• Can be used as a mild antiseptic for minor cuts and abrasions.
• Contains alcohol.

Directions for use:
For colds by inhaling the vapour: Adults, the elderly and children over 3 months.
Add one 5ml teaspoon of Friars Balsam to approximately 1 pint of hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the vapour and repeat after 4 hours, if necessary.
Not suitable for children under 3 months as an inhalant.

As an antiseptic:
Adults, the elderly and children
Apply undiluted to the affected area twice a day.
