Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil High Strength 300ml is a rich source of Omega-3 fish oil and vitamins D and E.
  • Supple and flexible joints.
  • Healthy hair, skin and nails.
  • Good health and vitality.
Recommended Daily Intake
Adults (over 15 years) 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily and children (over 11 years) 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.

Exceeding the suggested daily intake is not recommended. Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements.
