These herbal tea bags contain a number of well known herbs such as Peppermint, Rosehip, Chamomile, Passion Flower and Lavender. It is a pleasant tasting and refreshing tea.Caffeine free.Creates a general sense of well being.May be preferred by those with sensitive stomachs or on a detox.
To brew: Pour boiled water over a tea bag and infuse for a few minutes. Do not add milk. Can be sweetened with honey if preferred.
